PAAS Action is a program set up by the Ministère de L'emploi et de la Solidarité sociale to help individuals who not yet ready to enter the workforce. Through 20 hours a week of employment at St-James our PAAS – Action employees are able to develop and maintain skills, attitudes and conduct that will help with both their personal and professional success.
